  • Into this add a teaspoon of the aloe gel and mix well.

  • In 2 teaspoons of aloe gel, add a teaspoon of rose water and almond oil.

  • In 2 teaspoons of besan (gram flour), add curd and one teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel.
  • Mix well to from a smooth hair pack and apply on hair.
  • Rinse off after 30 minutes with a mild shampoo.

33. For Soft Hair:

  • In 3 teaspoon of Aloe gel, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and coconut oil.
  • Massage onto the scalp and keep for 20 minutes.
  • Wash off your hair with a shampoo.
  • In a blender, add the Aloe gel and a handful of hibiscus leaves. You can also add the flowers for better results.
  • You will get a smooth green paste. Apply this on the root and hair strands and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Wash with shampoo. You may also have to shampoo your hair twice to remove this hair pack.

Side Effects Of Aloe Vera Juice:

You should not consume more than 4 ounces of aloe vera juice. Excess intake of aloe vera can cause nausea and liver inflammation.
  • Always check the labels before purchasing aloe vera juice, see the percentage of aloe vera in it. This will prevent you from consuming unhealthy fillers.
  • Sometimes, aloe vera interferes with some prescription or over the counter drugs. For instance, it may increase the blood sugar lowering effects of some drugs but it can cause loss in potassium if taken with water pills and diuretics.
  • If you have any discomfort after consuming aloe vera juice report to the doctor. Some people may face allergic reactions to aloe vera.
  • Generally, aloe latex is known for its laxative properties, but consuming one gram of latex everyday can cause diarrhea, kidney problems and stomach cramps. So you need to ask the doctor how much aloe latex is suitable for consumption.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding avoid drinking aloe vera juice, since it may cause birth defects. Also never give aloe juice to children below 12 years, since it can cause stomach pain and diarrhea.
  • Sometimes, aloe vera can react with diabetes drugs. So you can ask your doctor whether it is safe to have aloe juice. If you are consuming aloe juice keep a close watch on your blood sugar levels.
  • If you suffer from intestinal conditions like Crohn’s disease or Ulcerative Colitis don’t have aloe latex or any product made from whole aloe leaf. Since aloe latex is a bowel irritant.
  • If you suffer from hemorrhoids stay away aloe juice as it may worsen the condition.
  • Always have the correct doses of aloe vera otherwise it can cause severe kidney problems.
  • Aloe vera can interfere with the blood sugar levels during or after surgery. So stop taking aloe vera two weeks before a surgery. Also aloe vera might prevent the blood from clotting; this same function is done by Sevoflurane, the anesthesia used during surgery. So have aloe during surgery can cause excessive bleeding.
  • Never have aloe vera juice with Digoxin (Lanolin) since stimulant laxatives like aloe latex can decrease potassium levels and increase the side effects of Lanolin.
  • Aloe Vera can react with the oral medicines and reduce its efficiency.

Recommended Dose:

  • For solving constipation problems, you can consume 100-200 mg of aloe juice. Avoid the aloe latex if possible.
  • To treat psoriasis you can use 0.5% of the aloe vera gel based cream thrice a day.
This dose is fixed by scientific research, to know how much is suitable for you consult your doctor or follow the instructions on the label.

Many studies have shown that people who have predominantly small, dense LDL particles have a higher risk of heart disease than people who have mostly large LDL particles.
Even if eggs tend to mildly raise LDL cholesterol in some people, studies show that the particles change from small, dense to large LDL… which is a good thing.

Bottom Line: Egg consumption appears to change the pattern of LDL particles from small, dense LDL (bad) to large LDL, which is linked to a reduced heart disease risk.
